Suprise! It's a pop out Easter Card!

Hello Everyone!

Keeping up with the Easter theme, I created another fun card for the holiday. I used another Karen Burniston pop-up die set. This one is called the Spinner Square Pop-Up. It's a die that could be used for any kind of card, in any size you want. I think that's my favorite part of Karen Burnistons die sets.

For this card, I used Hero Arts Hero Hues premium cardstock in Lavender, Recollections yellow polka-dot paper and patterned paper from Doodlebug Designs Hoppy Easter. I cut the lavender paper 4.25x11 and scored it at 5.5in. Then I used the dies from the Karen Burniston spinner square pop-up set. It has everything you need to make the window in the front of the card, as well as the frame that goes around it.

I stamped the images using Newton's Nook Designs - Newton's Easter Basket stamp set and cut the images out using the coordinating dies. These super cute kitties and eggs were really fun to color. I think I used every Copic marker I have!

The great part about Karen Burniston dies sets is she provides a step by step video on YouTube on how to assemble all her die sets, including the little charms or animal dies that coordinate with her sets. Click here for the video for her Spinner Square Pop- Up die set.

I added the trim from the Doodlebug Designs paper and adhered the images to the card using Sookwang double-sided adhesive tape and Lineco Neutral PH adhesive glue. I can't wait to send this card out to someone special!
