Lily of the Valley Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends and welcome! My card for you today features Lawn Fawn's Lovely Lily of the Valley die set along with their Watering Can die set.

For this card, I started with an A2 top fold card base, using a light blue cardstock. I die cut a rectangle from heavy weight smooth white cardstock (Neenah Classic Crest 110lb) using MFT - A2 Double Stitched Rectangle STAX die in the largest size.

I die cut a second rectangle using the same die, only from green cardstock this time. I then die cut the green rectangle using a grass die. I added some Distress Oxide ink in Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness. I used my MFT - Cloud stencil and Distress Ink in Peacock Feathers to create a sky background.

I then die cut the Lovely Lily of the Valley pieces using heavy weight smooth white cardstock. I colored these in using Copic markers.

I die cut the watering can using a gray cardstock and using Hero Arts Shadow Ink in Wet Cement, I added some detail to the watering can.

I die cut the gardening tools from a mirrored silver cardstock and added colored ends to them. I also die cut the seed packet from some scrap pink cardstock and added some Distress Ink in Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar. I also added an extra Lily of the Valley to the front to match the flowers.

I used Lawn Fawn's Simple Wavy Banners and Wavy Sayings along with silver embossing powder to create the Happy Birthday banner.

How beautiful are those flowers!! I just love die cut flowers on cards. It just adds to much beauty to the cards we create. Thank you so much for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
